I Don't Care if Monday's Blue #2

Hello! I hope everyone had an exciting weekend! Mine was tiring; almost 24-straight hours in a hospital, while my friend was in labor, with only one hour of sleep, (in a car!) really wears you out. BUT, I also wasn't the one in labor for a whole day, either! It was an awesome weekend, but I could sleep for a day. In fact, I think I will share these sites with you and take a quick nap before supper, just like I used to in high school. I'll tell Mark to wake me up when the food is ready!

Me! MaDonna! in St. PaulBefore we went to the hospital, we wandered around St. Paul for a while and did some window shopping.

Hey Buuuuuuddy: A Pauly Shore Q&A. Quit harshing on my gig so hardcore, cruster. Awoooo~

Memories of the Original Game Boy. This is an older post, but it's still great. This blogger translated some comments from 2ch, (the less-incredibly-awful, Japanese precursor to 4chan), featuring memories of the first Game Boy. It's cool to see that the woes and thoughts on the handheld are the same in any country. "Borrowing batteries from the TV remote." Me, too!

Kelly-Anne's Meme Face. Cracking me up, right now.

Ron Swanson + Winston the cat in ONE VIDEO. Two of the best creatures living on earth. Ever.

Nintendo Legend. This guy is on a quest to review every North American Nintendo game. Wow!

Thunder Chunky. Awesome design and illustration blog; the colors are great, but the name is the best.

Shock Value by Jason Zinoman. A review of a book about some sweet horror movie directors, (George Romero secret heart), that really makes me wanna go to Barnes and spend some money. Has anyone read this?

But who can say what’s best? That’s why you need to grab whatever chance you have of happiness where you find it, and not worry about other people too much. My experience tells me that we get no more than two or three such chances in a life time, and if we let them go, we regret it for the rest of our lives.

10 points to Kittendor!!

Star Trek Theme Park. In Jordan?! (Not Jordan, MN. Bum-mer..)

NEW PROFESSOR LAYTON! I just burst into song about this. My song also included the phrase "Eat some milk dudes!" but I think that has more to do with my need for sleep. I love Professor Layton and I've been SO excited for this one. Better yet - it comes out the day before my birthday! Thanks, Professor!

There ya have it! Now I'm off to sleep. See ya later, milk dudes!
