Yoga for a Sunday Afternoon

Sundays should be all about rest - ending your weekend in a relaxing way and starting the new week off right. I can't think of anything better for that than a big cup of tea, a lit candle, and a nice yoga workout. And I can't think of a better yoga workout than one focused on detoxing your body.


Sarah Beth is my favorite yoga instructor on YouTube - I've done this video dozens of times and I love it each and every time I do it. It's nice and intermediate, so it's more of a challenge than basic sun salutations, but it isn't too difficult for someone who has tried yoga a handful of times. All the twists are super awesome and I always feel 100% better afterward.

  1. Thanks for sharing! I need to check out her videos, I've been trying to dip my toes into yoga. Does she have any beginners' level stuff?
